In early 2008, David Girdlestone of F451 Limited "purchased" several items of equipment from CVP.

Mr. Girdlestone issued a cheque which was dishonoured and despite numerous promises of payment, it was not forthcoming, leaving us with no alternative other than to take legal action in an attempt to recover the debt.

We can report that on 27 February 2009, District Judge Schroeder sitting at Telford County Court heard the case brought by us and dismised the defence of F451, awarding full judgement to CVP in the sum of £18,465.71.

To date, despite this judgement the debt remains unpaid.
