Payment methods and fraud protection policy

Paying for your order

	Credit / debit cards: We accept most major credit and debit cards through via our RBS WorldPay payment gateway which utilises the 3D secure system for added security (Mastercard SecureCode / Verified by Visa). We reserve the right to request additional identification on any credit card order and to reject orders that are not considered secure. Please refer to the CVP fraud protection policy below.

	Cheques / bankers drafts We accept Sterling cheques and bankers drafts drawn from UK mainland banks only. All cheques will take a minimum of 5 working days to clear. We will check with our bank to ensure that funds are irrevocably cleared before shipment of associated orders.

	Electronic funds transfer We can accept payment by BACS, CHAPS and International Funds Transfer direct to our bank account in GBP. Simply choose the 'payment by bank wire transfer' option at the order checkout stage and you will be automatically e-mailed a pro-forma invoice and our bank details. If you wish to pay in EUROS or US DOLLARS then please contact us for a currency-converted invoice and bank account details. Orders paid for by bank wire transfer are shipped immediately upon receipt and confirmation of irrevocably cleared funds in our account.

	Payment on account We offer 30 day account credit terms to government, corporate and business customers (Subject to status and credit check). Call us for an account application form.

	Commercial & personal finance We have a consumer credit license and can facilitate competitive personal and commercial finance rates through our specialist finance partners which include: AZULE \| BARCLAYS PARTNER FINANCE \| FINELINE MEDIA FINANCE Call us for details or use the easy finance application form at the order checkout stage.

CVP fraud protection policy

Identity theft and credit card fraud is a serious problem to which we are all vulnerable.

Therefore, for our mutual protection all orders are subject to CVP's verification procedure.

You may be asked to verify that you are the cardholder or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), household bill or other form of identification which can be transmitted to us by fax or through a secure upload page which we will define should this be necessary.

Should your order be subject to verification you will be notified by telephone or email. (For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening telephone numbers, including country and city codes).

CVP reserve the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. In this event a refund will be issued via the same method used to make your payment.
